Beautiful forest for walking, on the top of the hill can overview the field. There are many different routes that allow you walk through different area of the hill. Good for family and dog walkers.
Good camping site. Set on a hill so sloping pitches. Chocks needed for almost all units.
Our first time here. What a lovely peaceful and tranquil setting. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dog friendly site with gawjus wooded area a stones throw away. The little store on site sells the odd groceries you left behind! Highly recommended if it's peace and quiet your looking for
Over-crowded and noisy. Too few showers for the number of campers. Wardens helpful to a point but were more concerned about the marks left on a muddy pitch whilst extracting our caravan than helping us extract the caravan. Pleasant woodland walks but no views. This was only our third site. The other two were much better for the same price.
Nice, quiet, small camping. All necessary facilities - toilets, showers, light at night. A small shop at the reception. Easy to find, close to London, but rural enough to feel away from the city. Very polite and ready to help staff.
