Car was booked in for mot over the phone and got a quick confirmation via email all fine then a few days before was it was due I got a text reminder which I did not mind ... then I had a phone call when I was at work asking me to phone and confirm that i was bringing the car in.. this was not needed if I was not going to bring he car in I would tell you....very unnecessary for the call... then on the morning of the mot I got another call asking be again if I was bringing it in, I was driving to the garage at the time of the call... a text reminder is all that is needed... thanks.
The - I was disappointed to receive a vehicle check list from Beadles that indicates vehicle is due a cambelt change in the near future. Its not, its due at 108,601 miles or 8/2020. Mileage is currently 96,600. Why has this not been checked prior to issue. Would not think of showing this document to a potential purchaser. Tyres on offer for replacement were limited and very expensive. Wanted Mich cross climates to match those fitted. + Technicians video was excellent feedback, even noting washer fluid bottle had filter missing not picked up on previous services by VW.
All good but when we went to pick up the car it was blocked in Quite a wait to get it out . Otherwise staff were good.
Easy to book. Used drop and wait. Nice comfy seating area with drinks and reading materials. Polite and helpful staff. Car serviced quickly and returned washed and cleaned. Happy to recommend Beadles.
Quick to book the car in when minor problems came up, were happy to arrange a courtesy car, courtesy call to make sure the date was still ok, courtesy call to let me know when the work was finished and Amanda was happy to wait for me to bring the courtesy car back slightly later as I had been in a meeting at work. Got back to the garage to find they had even valeted my car (no extra charge) as part of the service. Could not fault the experience!
