I got removed from their records for not being ill and being to healthy. My partner had his prescription lost and not sent to pharmacist when they said they would

I had to wait 28 minutes as next on line. I urgently needed test results. In the end I gave up. I tried again later, was 6th in line.Calls ignored. It's Friday. I was ask to make call but just cauld not get through.I have left it a while, tried calling, no luck, not answering at all.

Let's start with the fact that one of the doctors told my then 6 year old son that his daddy was sick because he has ASD, then go from there. . . Breaks my heart to say this because Dr D and S are fantastic, but this place has hit bottom. It's been going downhill but this is bad now. They no longer work outside office hours, no longer take appointments ahead of time, no longer do phone appointments and are over two weeks behind on scripts. My son has had his asthma check ups cancelled twice and hasn't seen anyone for 1.5 years. I have an infection and was told I needed to phone at 8 am, which I can't do because of the job that I do - it's not possible.I can't rearrange work that quickly because of what I do. I need to give notice and find cover, but I was told to get on with it. I can't even make as appointment and sort work out! When i said the new rule were disgraceful I was hung up on! Previous complaints have been ignored and there is always at least an hour wait, with no explanation. Receptionists, as previously stated by others, are needlessly rude - except S.In short, if you work and can't rearrange work at the last minute this surgery is not for you. You won't have asthma, diabetic, prescriptions or long term illness care. I can't even follow up a referral with the doctor because the gatekeeping reception won't let me. A true shambolic health hazard that needs investigating before someone really gets hurt.

Extremely hard to get an appointment with an actual doctor. Only way to even try is to call at 8am on the day, and sit in a queue for 30 minutes. Genuinely the worst practice I've ever experienced.

All the Doctors and Nurses Ive seen were fantastic but it is harder and harder to get a routine appointment (let alone urgent...) and it now takes over 1 week to get a repeat prescription done. I am sure theyre short staffed and hopeful that by posting an opinion here something may be done about this.
