I feel ashamed that I haven't reviewed them before. These guys are the perfect combination: honesty and expertise. They've looked after our cars for at least a decade: always been on time, never over-charged. The real deal.
Ive been using these guys for over 20 years and they have always been fair and helpful and i will continue to use them for as long as i own a car/cars..
My air/con stopped working so took the car to Ox in Flames as I live close by. I was told there was a hole in the gas tank and it would cost me 850.00. Decided too get a second opinion at a different garage I was quoted 245.00 including labour. Will not be using this garage again not even for petrol as they charge way more than any other petrol station. This is a rip off garage.
We live very close to the garage, so it seems wrong to say that the Ox in Flames always goes the extra mile for us - but they do, without exception. They have in the past delivered our car back to our drive after its MOT (when my wife was pregnant), carried battery testers down the road to diagnose our car without having to move it, ordered in parts and tested them before trying to fit them to make sure we'd be happy with them ... I can't think of a single time I've been less than perfectly happy. Fully recommended.
This is the BEST, family-run, super-friendly, amazingly efficient car service place in the world. Have bought last five cars from them (all one year old) and can't believe I never reviewed them!!! They are HONEST. They are TERRIFIC. Give them a try!!!!
