I have found a one stop shop! A place where I can go for facials, hair, nails, makeup and more. The best thing about this place isnt just what they do, but how they make you feel...I have been to many places before and always felt as I didnt belong there...Ash, the owner, goes an extra mile to make sure that you are treated the best! Natalie, the hairdresser, she is kind and loving and above all, she knows how to listen...thats key when you are doing someones hair! I am pleased with all the services and I feel great every time I am there...that feeling is priceless!
I had carly doing my hair a fab hairdresser and very happy with my hair i would go back.
If I could give no stars for this place then I would. My daughters and fiance went here to have their hair and make up done on the morning of our wedding. Firstly after messing about with my daughters hair for half an hour the so called hair dresser pulled out the work she had done and curtly told her that she could not do what had been requested. My daughter was left upset and had to fix her own hair 2 hours prior to being a brides maid. Secondly my beautiful fiance was given such an appalling make over as to make her almost unrecognizable. She has been left feeling deeply upset and cannot bring herself to even look at the wedding photographs. I would like to see the qualifications this shower purport to have and can only recommend that people go anywhere else.
Even the stuff is smiling, it does not mean they are good professionals. Hypocrisy! I would say they are the most non-professional and layman I ever saw in my life. I came to make proper manicure (with out a gel or any vanish) and i asked them twice, if they cut skin around the nails. They said that they will do it, and it is suggested that they persist to make the gel as it is the same price and thae have a good mashine to take gel off next tim. Then I was shocked that my nails, where left, even on a different lengths, then the super master told that my manicure is finished. The gel was poured over the skin round the nail and left! Miserable! I tried to insist on finishing my manicure, but that is what they can do! I feel injured by that service, as much I have to wear that ugliest manicure in my life for some weeks, as it is gel! They think, that insisting on gel nails people will come again to take it off! Never! Service means first of all PROPER JOB -good quality manicure, then coffee and talks and price...
Dyed my hair twice here with Natalie. Im dark brown that is now a blonde. Im always happy with the finish!! And the staff are so friendly. Me and my mum will always come here for a blow dry before an event!
