I was so impressed with the service and will definitely be going back. I have never had any colour in my hair and was very nervous about the whole thing so picked my salon carefully. I just wanted a natural look to mimic how my hair gets highlighted in summer. Victoria understood exactly what I wanted and came up with the perfect solution. The result was perfect! The atmosphere is also lovely and everyone is super friendly. Would highly recommend!!

My wonderful stylist Laura really listened and took the time to explain the whole process. End result is a great cut and a very happy customer who has already booked their next appointment. I have been using The Chapel for 6 years and I love it. I drive for 40 mins because i can not find better. I have had amazing bobs cut, and bold pixie crops and I always walk out 100% happy. The atmosphere is great from the welcome team to the stylists. I love NOT been lined up and feeling like I'm on a conveyor belt
I liked everything from my first step into the Chapel. It was very nice to have chair with built-in massage and also to have head massage during hair washing. I like the style in general, the black "uniform" - personnel looks very stylish and professional. I liked the stylist, hair cut and his very polite behaviour. Thank you! PS. there is a little step, it is already marked, but I did not noticed it twice, maybe to put something near it to attract attention
