Friendly service and advice
A year ago when I went to get some replacement parts for my kitchen they simply said I could not buy them because I am not trade and I was not happy. However more recently when an oven we had purchased went wrong they tried very hard to provide a replacement and their service was excellent.
DO NOT USE THE CARDS ON THE WALL to get a fitter. I had a very good person arranged but was highly recommend a fitter by both the Salesman & Assistant Manager. I stupidly took the recommendation and he was an Utter Charlatan! He fitted the kitchen wrong, left out important parts, then lied to get paid up front only to abandon the job and be aggressive and abusive when I called after 8 no show days of him promising by text message to come to finish the job but never showing up. I had to get someone else to finish and mostly re-do the utter mess and Howdens Sevenoaks STILL have his card on the wall despite knowing all this. Sevenoaks Howdens did little to help but then became very nasty when I contacted their Head Office. Nasty people and products I would not recommend either.
I am very disappointed with Howdens Sevenoaks. I invited them round to quote for my new kitchen, and although a plan was sent later the same day, they have failed to answer any of my emails and obviously don't want my business. Time wasted for me and them!!
Best Howdens branch there is! Absolutely thrilled with my kitchen. The quality is superb. From design to delivery everything was perfect. Would highly recommend Sevenoaks Howdens. Everything was delivered on time and fitted exactly to plan and at a very good price too.
