Con men!Do not go with this company at all. i am currently taking this complaint way further as its was potentially daylight robbery. Opened a policy with entire cover in August but got my 1 year NCD wrong (My mistake) i was a month out from having 1 year NCD. i went through to the insurance company and they advised it would be an extra 600 to cover me with no NCD. i was shocked by this and asked to cancel. i had already paid 170 premium for the year so the premium was apparently (by Markerstudy) would be 770 (Approx) to cover me with the details i had provided to them.Entire cover (Insurance company) called me to say that after the cancellation i would get 63 back. my policy had been open for not even 6 weeks and it had "used up" 100 of my YEARS premium. IN LESS THAN 6 WEEKS! I was obvioudly confused and livid about this so went onto compare the market to find better providers and who pops up giving me a premium of 317? Entire cover underwritten by MARKERSTUDY! the same company that were going to happily charge me 770 (Approx) for the exact same details given. Nothing was different!
Worst insurance company. I told them something and they logged it as a claim even though they never paid me any money. So now i have a claim on my head and they refuse to change their records even though it is completely untrue.
It has been awful experience. Not my fault accident was not supported by the company at all. I was chasing them for more than a month every day before they said they can't read footage of the camera. The camera was installed by them and was faulty. If you want to be protected NEVER BUY THIS INSURANCE. I haven't been given any compensation for my car damage not saying health and psychological damage.
Employees are very very rude and unhelpful to the fullest, no one within the company knows what is going on, case handlers can not be contacted in order to gain update on claims. very laid back company who don't put their customers first. i am still in shock that this is an actual insurance provider, biggest joke in my whole life that i have lived. if i could give no star rating then that is what they would have got from me
Absolutely awful insurance company. If I could give them no stars I would. My son provided a full report, disputing liability, yet despite the call recording and a witness to testify, they decided to hold my son responsible, without even contacting the witness and with no regard to what my son had actually said about the incident. They record calls yet dispute what they have said in the call recording. Case handler Katie denied advising my son to ignore/disregard a letter and held my son responsible, although there is no doubt recorded evidence of Katie advising my son to ignore/disregard the correspondence. Call centre agent Charlotte, whilst claiming she had no access to call recordings, she did actually listen to the calls and omitted relevant information that we had requested and instead, told my son that his understanding of how an insurance company would view the claim, is a good as him admitting liability! How can this be. If someone understands something from another perspective, can they really be admitting liability?? They are absolutely useless and incompetent. Don't bother and be sure to check with your broker, whether Markerstudy are the underwriters and if they are, keep well away and find another company to insure your vehicle with.
