I ordered some glasses on the Wednesday, with great ease and no fuss and they arrived perfectly wrapped by the Friday.Its such a treat to deal with a company who are proactive and get the job done smoothly. We ordered our wedding crystal from here.There was a slight issue with one of the boxes and the manager was so kind he phoned us up to find out if they were a gift or for a special occasion and when I told him they were, he ordered another box and sent it very quickly so they weren't delayed.He is very helpful and kind as are all of his staff.I would highly recommend shopping with The Chinaman to everybody, you won't be disappointed.
Super service from the Chinaman - friendly and helpful.Although I ordered the wrong item from their extensive online shop (my Mother already had this figurine!), Mark couldn't have been more helpful or friendly over the phone, arranging for me to return the unwanted figurine, and replacing it with a different item. Mark talked me through the process, kept me up to date with emails, and did everything he promised he would.The new figurine arrived earlier than expected, and was again wrapped carefully.
