Agree with previous post - we hired this law firm roughly 1 year ago and had the same issues. We regret not raising this with them directly as it was a very stressful and painful process. Their attention to detail and speed in response is bad.
Review of property purchase case - weve found F&K extremely slow in responding to queries raised by other solicitor firms, and even discovered by their own clients that some emails havent even been looked at until we have chased them at least 2 times. Note that the email arrived at their inbox 15 days until we started chasing. Terrible time management and general discipline around client service! One of the biggest estate agents in Sevenoaks even agrees with this opinion, which should say something about this firm. This opinion is also shared by their own client - so we hope they will give them this feedback!
