Extremely helpful staff! Maria noticed we were a bit bemused with all the products available, when buying a hamster. She came over with a smile and immediately showed us what we should have and what we didn't need. We were very reassured and impressed with her knowledge and service. David also helped with his knowledge of hamster care, very pleased, we left with all we needed and a new member of the family.
