Very interesting interior. Went there for lunch with my colleagues. We all really enjoyed the food and the service. Very friendly and polite stuff. Will go there again.
A man walked into a restaurant and said WTF or words to that affect. You certainly will when you enter the Brisket and Barrel. It is different take on a smokehouse concept that is trying to find its way forwards. The staff will tell you its still in experimental mode, its website will corroborate that thought. What the staff wont tell you is what the standout dishes are, because they are often changed.I recommend taking a look on google to get an idea of the weird and wonderful dishes that brisket and Barrel serves.I went for a mix of French roasted garlic with baguette and a good old piece of brisket with all the sides for a main. Food was prepared well, but nothing to excite.The staff are brilliant, warm, chatty, polite, with a strong French accent. Price wise the food is excellent and its conveniently located a stones throw from the Bat and Ball station.Brisket and Barrel has serious potential. Im looking forward to seeing it when it finds it feet.
Amazing food, really eclectic interior. A feast for the eyes and taste buds. The friendliest service. A real gem and we're sure to be back xxx
Stunning experiance, we had a large group in need, we booked with little time in advance and managed to get a meal which every person loved. The prices are very cheap for what you get, the french waiters and the excellent customer service is the cherry on top. Highly recommend
Took my daughter a d fiance there on a Groupon deal. The decor is great as is the atmosphere and food. Good music. Extremely friendly helpful and polite staff. We will be back. Thank you for a great evening.
