Shane and his team were extremely professional and very personable to have working on our roof. There were some understandable delays due to adverse weather but SV completed the job as soon as they could. Shane and his team were brilliant from the start, offering a very competitive quote and working hard to make sure everything was up to excellent standards, even dealing very gracefully with problems due to bad workmanship in the past (not by SV roofing!)There were some delays in the work starting due to the weather (totally out of their control), during which they stayed in touch throughout and clearly communicated with us.The repairs/replacement has been high quality and the site was left clean and tidy
