I have bought two cars from Ghost Motors Works, a Silver Spirit and a Bentley Turbo R. Both have proved to be excellent cars, as a long winter run through France in the Spirit just proved. In each case there were some after-sales niggles and they took the car back immediately and made the repairs successfully, going beyond just the immediate problem but also addressing anything related that might cause an issue in future. Customer service and communications are faultless. The whole package is first class, which is why I bought a second car from them. They also have a great stock of cars and if you are a first time RR/Bentley buyer then you should certainly visit.Overall, they go the extra mile and I am more than satisfied. I would not buy one of these cars off anyone else.
Wouldnt bother !Took my car in saying they will get it checked by their highly trained ex Bentley mechanic, on arrival I am told there mechanic wont be there for another 2 days (later found out he works part time 1 day a week) when he did look at my car they then only realised that it was V8 and not a W12 (you need a mechanic to tell you that after I told you it was a V8 and with badges ok the car) and that was 2 days later which apparently takes the job from 1 day to 5 days labour! - went and picked the car up and took it straight to main dealer - (harwoods) haggled then down by a grand!! Car should be back Monday with great piece of mind with warranted work and to top it off it only cost 300 more than the so called specialist price + a nice courtesy car to drive around inDealers arent always that bad especially Harwoods group
Ghost Motor Works have just completed some much needed restoration work to my 1977 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow 2. Extremely pleased with the results and the excellent service and value they provided.
