VOID...VOID....NO FIX BUT DOUBLE FEE! Please avoid this garage Its a rip off and dont take your car to them as I will let every one know. I took my car to them for air suspension lock faulty and after the diagnose they told me is a level sensor and I changed the level sensor couple days ago but any way I ask them to change when they are so sure! So they changed the level sensor and after leaving my car for 3 days with them they couldnt fix the problem with my car the lady (Dee) lies over the phone told me is fixed! When I went to pick up the car she has a lot of excuse for not fixing even changed the part and they couldnt find the fault and she invoice me for 621she saying we been looking for problem for hours but NOT FIX and charging which is totally against to the law and trading standard but after arguing for an hour I paid 429 because she refuse to give me the key back and she didnt let me to take the car without paying but the car is NOT FIX! She rufused to give me invoice and report I have complained to trading standard and Im going to speak to Motor ombudsman services and taking legal action against them for full refund and compensation!! I have taken my car to Porsche garage in Tonbridge awaiting for repair And I will be putting invoices on here as soon as my car is fixed

Over many years I have had experience of all sorts of Porsche service shops all over UK (including main dealers) with a variety of Porsche vehicles from 4x4 to 911s and can honestly say that La Rose is one of the best as they are honest, clear, very knowledgable and fair. Well done Dee and team, I am very happy that my current rather old and slightly temperamental 911 is in very safe hands.
Have been dealing with Dee and the team at La Rose Porsche for many years, as they have looked after a Boxster and a couple of 993s for us. Continue to be delighted with the relationship - Dee is great to do business with, and her team (John and Jamie) are brilliant, and so knowledgeable.Recently had some major work done on a 993 Turbo, from deep mechanical maintenance and refurb, through to bodywork update (and re-paint), and a subsequent paint protection film treatment. Dee's team did all the mechanical work, and then sourced the paint and film work to some great local partners, whose work standard and prefessionalism was also very high. Very pleased with the overall result. Looks and sounds stunning ! Cant wait for better weather to use it more. :)Would highly recommend these guys for work on both older and more modern Porsche models. Their knowledge, professionalism, and care for the customer is second to none.
