Caused my elderly mum distress, could not fix o/s driver window for two weeks, car could not be secured. She lives in village so trapped, no car for food shopping. Fixed after two weeks, first time window lowered could not be raised. Have emailed customer services as they say can not fix their shoddy workmanship for another 2 weeks, still waiting. Great customer service, NO STARS for Auto Glass had to put one or it would not let me post.
