Arrived on time and talked me through the process. New roof fitted within about an hour and a half and looks fantastic. After 6 weeks of ringing round for quotes these guys came up the cheapest and offered the quickest service. Being someone who's very particular about their car I always worry about leaving it with somebody I don't know to have expensive work done. Upon my arrival I was immediately made to feel at ease and left my car comfortable in the knowledge it was in the hands of true professionals. The car was ready next day at the time they said it would be and the finish was perfect. (looks like it just left the assembly line at BMW) I can't recommend this company highly enough and would give 10 stars if given that option.
I had a roof fitted by Car Hood Warehouse last September, and it unfortunately developed a problem. However they replaced it under warranty with no quibbles, when a lesser company would have stood their ground and said - perhaps with justification - that there wasn't an issue with the hood itself. However this excellent customer service means that I'd unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone and when I next need my car hood replacing, I'll go nowhere else. Also on both my visits to them, and whilst organising things via email, I've found everyone associated with their business to be friendly and engaging. Thank you.
