Total waste of time and money. Car cleaning finished in record time and even before had chance to finish coffee I bought whilst waiting. Had a look round before leaving and found dirt on wheel arches and wheels and poor quality vacuuming inside. Complained and told by manager Im happy with that. Even had the nerve to leave leaflets in car advertising how good car wash service is. One star rating far too good for this cowboy outfit. Avoid like the plague. Much better drive through car washes nearby and better value for money.
never step foot (drive in) to this place. As a first time customer, paid 35 and expected my car to be spotless and pamper with 25 mins (Max) service they described. In return, got the car within 10 mins, they probably done all the jobs on their ridiculously long lists (stated on their website but no where else on side) but at the VERY LOWEST STANDARD ever. Have to ask one of the staff to do another wipe around console area before drove off because they cant even be bother to get it clean properly. The only good thing that I could compliment was the hot chocolate drink there. Worst experience and feel so ripped off ever. Wish I read the review before.
20 quid for a bronze wash and the car was almost as dirty when I left to when I arrived. I shall use the A20 car wash up the road from Ruxley garden centre. Its only 5 and cars get cleaned properly. A lesson learnt today
AVOID. Totally not worth it. Car came out again very quickly. No evidence of the triple wax wash i paid for and tar spots still there. Apparently that's 10 extra to remove it! I thought I'd pay a little extra this time for a really good service, but they do a better job at my local closed-down-petrol-station car wash, at less than half the price.
Very impressed with the service at olleys posh wash. Very friendly , my car is always done to a immaculate high standard and benefit in a nice coffee while you wait. Once my car is finished I always have my door opened by one of the staff and am wished a nice day. Will recommend to all family and friends
