Visited very early ,I was one of the first cars in the que, but drove away after seeing your operatives karcher the chamois on the floor ?is this to make the chamois, now covered with grit more aggressive on your customers paintwork ?There is no answer or excuse for that sort of behaviour.
Used to be good , now prices have gone up but unfortunately the standards have gone down , they left bird poo & now my paint work is damaged . Also aggressively arguing with customers is not the best . Will be taking my weekly business to chelsfield lakes who done a bang up job today & it's cheaper .
