Andy and James are a real credit to the store. I called a number of shops to find a Sony Soundbar (HT-ZF9) and most were sold out. I called Sevenoaks Sound and Vision and James was the person I spoke to. James said they didnt have one in branch but as the depot was in Sevenoaks he would drive, get one from the depot and bring back to the store for me with no deposit which was great news! Within 30 mins this was in branch and I was there waiting for James to return. I did however beat him to it and spoke with Andy who helped with the transaction. I asked him many questions regarding my purchase and many other tech and tv related questions and he was a great help for me. He even gave me a discount to match a competitors price which I had found online! The 20 mile journey was worth it and I will be back in the new year to purchase my OLED tv for sure!! Reasonable selection, knowledgeable staff
Recently bought a new turntable here. Very friendly and helpful staff who even offered to show me how to assemble it. Overall a really nice shop and I would definitely come here again.
The Manager here couldnt be more helpful. Reticent at first to price match a competitor, but quickly saw my view as a buyer ensuring he secured my purchase and not John Lewis. A great store with a superb listening room, nay, three! Ill go back.
