I had a warm welcome to the phone call by Preet Khera who was very friendly and approaching to all problems I had. Helped out as much as he could and kept me on hold while that was being solved ( not on hold for long ) his work ethic is very positive, it was nice and fresh to hear someone with a great attitude to their work and to brighten someones day. Thanks again preet!
Worst customer service I have ever received in my life even the managers. Wanted to cancel my policy which didnt start for another month. They told me Id be charged 40, dont be fooled! It states on their website that you are entitled to a refund up-to 14 days!! Even the manager agreed that Id have to pay. so had to call them up. I then realised I hadnt received my refund- was told on the phone 5-7 days, they told me no it wouldnt be processed until 1 months time! Then called again to complain I needed it sooner, they said its not possible to process until 1 months time then I called again and they said its processing now for me. There was a lot of rudeness, changing their minds, wrong information given, ignorance and colleagues saying their going to call me back and dont, emails were ignored several times. Im so glad I cancelled what poor customer service skills. This company has left me feeling both angry and shocked at the way Ive been treated.
Ross Jackson at Insurance Factory has been fab. Both him and Jonathan helped me get the best deal on my car insurance and then Ross assisted further with helping rearrange my direct debit due to dates mis-matching. Great service from both consultants, would definitely recommended!

Wow where do i begin!!Incompetent staff who dont have a CLUE what they are doing! I cancelled my policy a month ago, there was money owed to me so was told i will get a refund in the next couple of weeks! Two weeks past and no refund so i called again to enquire and was told that it in fact takes up to 30 days for a refund to be processed!!!! So i have now been told two different things! At this point Im fuming but decide to wait until 30days! Well 30 days have gone and STILL no refund!! I called yet AGAIN and was told i will get my refund in the next two working days! I still dont have my refund, the staff are absolute clowns and dont know what customer services is! I called today and I will apparently be getting my refund via check in the post! If I dont get my refund by the end of this week I WILL be calling back to make a FORMAL complaint as this is just ridiculous! A simple refund should NOT take this long! Do not register with this incompetent insurance company if you want silly service by people who clearly need to be trained! Best thing i ever did was leaving.
