I have to compliment Michael who works in the bicycle dept. He helped my 5 year old daughter choose her first bike without stabilisors. He was very patient and helpful throughout. We were there for an hour almost but he kept smiling and offering advice. We purchased a new bike with various accessories too. Everything was ready on time with good communication along the way. Excellent service in all.
They just got me to drive 45 mins to tell me that they don't have the item Then they told me to drive to Blacken NOT Happy so don't Use them

Recently bought a e-bike, Chris who served me was very friendly and helpful.
I went there this afternoon, as my car needed oil. The young man, who put it into my engine was absolutely marvelous. He took great care, explained everything to me, made sure that he did not splash it anywhere, and was very friendly and helpful in every way. I was very impressed by their customer service. well worth paying for!
