Outstanding customer service !Very happy with them. I have bought an electric bike which I use every single day. They are very responsive whenever a problem occurs which tends to be caused by my heavy use of the bike and high mileage and they always had a positive approach and did their best to solve it every singe time.They were also generous by sending me a free battery case when the other one started to have a fissure making it risky for the rain to enter the electric area.Another thing is that whenever you need something to be sent to you , unless it's the week end, you get the item within 1 working day.Warrantee for the battery is definitely honoured as they sent me a new one when the other 2 died ( again I use the bike very heavily and have made over 10 000 miles in about 7 months. Recommend , as they have both good products , Honour warrantees, and have outstanding customer service. Hope this company gets bigger and open a shop in York !
Wisper offer superb bikes and an excellent service!
I bought a bike Wisper 705SE - a year ago from an elder couple who used it very little (700 miles) and took great care of it. After two hundred miles a fault occurred. I took the bike to a Wisper dealer in York at the end of May 2018. It took three months (the bike had been since with another Wisper dealer, and Wisper company) to come up with the answer that the motor is faulty...! Cost of repair: 370 pounds, plus 60 pounds shipment. I asked Wisper to send the bike back to me (for 30 pounds shipment), so I can sell it for parts or repair. They sent it back, but....whooops...they forgot to include the charger that was sent with the bike. I never had such poor service, nor did I hear so many excuses. Simply horrible.
just bought wispa 806se looks fine very disappointed that it came with no manual
It appears due to me falling off my bike a couple of times may have caused issues with the battery not being seated correctly, creating a fault. Wisper are currently fixing my bike and after some intitial miscommnication and confusion around warranty they are fixing my bike. Speak with Wisper in first instance and explanation if you have any issues for clarity.
