I booked my road bike in to true a buckled wheel and service/adjust the gears as the chain would fall off. They fitted it in straight away and ended up charging less than the quoted telephone price. Faultless service.
I was happy to have my bike fixed temporarily, due to them not having the correct material in stock but felt so robbed being changed over the odds for a 5mins fix. I paid 3 times to what my normal bicycle shop would charge. I feel because I wasnt local it was a opertunity for them to overprice me. Very hurtful.
