I wish I would give zero stars. We found our perfect house to rent in the perfect location. Helen Breeze ruined the whole process, most of the staff were rude, condecending and had zero customer service. They often miscommunicated messages, if they were communicated at all?The process/ experience was very muddled.They asked me to pay the security deposit on property my potential future landlords were planing to rent???And...... they showed zero remorse when the offer I previously had accepted on one of their properties was revoked leaving me and my family homeless. In fact they blamed me stating I should have paid our landlords future rental home's security deposit??? Obviously the landlord had a part to play but Helen Breeze's handling was terrible.I really would avoid them at all costs as a potential landlord or tenant! Horrible customer experience......oh and referencing fee was not returned even though the referencing wasn't started!

Helen Breeze recently offered our new home. From the first telephone conversation, Lulu Connely offered the most informative, professional and personal service. We were advised of changes every step of the way. Zoe Flynn carried out the administration for our move and throughout the communication was impeccable. We are now happy and settled and all with huge thanks to Lulu and Zoe.
We had a delightful experience with Helen Breeze recently, Lulu, the agent helping us to find a suitable property was excellent. She understood exactly what we were looking for and delivered.
It is a shame you cant give zero stars. This is THE worst property management company I have ever dealt with and I work in commercial property myself. I would strongly advise that you use any other company but Helen Breeze. All of the staff are so so rude and unhelpful. Dont get me wrong the process leading up to moving into a property they are ok but as soon as you are moved in, their slow and lack of response to any emails/ calls and their rudeness. They will try to put all blame on the landlords when in fact its themselves and are incapable of doing their job properly and efficiently. And will also tell the landlord that its the tenant causing problems when yet again its Helen Breeze. And lastly do not even think that you will get your deposit back even when you do EVERYTHING that they ask. For example we paid for a full clean with a certificate and they came in and said it wasn't good enough and then took even more money off our deposit. They also have lots of hidden costs. I would strongly advise you go elsewhere because this caused a lot of stress for my partner and myself and was the reason we left was completely because of their behaviour.
