Rude staff, including the Manager. Makes it difficult for genuine buyers to view properties advertised. Do people really want to arrange to be in a house with rude people?! Must put a significant number of buyers off even viewing. It did me!
Dan showed me around a house earlier this year and I was thoroughly impressed by him as an estate agent. He was super engaged with the property - full of details and ideas/visions of what you could do with the house - a very good and charismatic salesman. He also gave me a tour of the area and advice about buying there. Although we didn't end up buying that house, after viewing over 60 houses as part of our search and meeting many estate agents, I know that when I come to sell my house he is definitely the guy I want for the job. Furthermore his office team are highly organised, called back and arranged things exactly when they said they would and were very flexible. THANK YOU!
Without exception these agents have provided an excellent service. Calls are returned, we are called with updates regularly, concerns and mishaps along the way (not by the agents) are dealt with and at no time do we not feel we're getting our 'money's worth'. Each person is friendly and professional with a firm grip on the sales process. I don't hesitate to recommend Dan, Marissa and Laura to anyone considering a house move. No, I've not been paid to say this : )
01/10/18 I am afraid since moving into our rented property and been passed to the property management team of Yourmove the service has been horrendous. As such I have amended my review to reflect this. There are always problems with properties and as a tenant you have to accept the rough with the smooth but the service levels are terrible and unless you are dealing directly with the owner I would avoid the property! Complete apathy It was a pleasure to deal with the Yourmove office in Sevenoaks. They were considerate of our requirements and needs and found a property that we are very happy with.
