He has given us consistently sound advice, and guided us through the sales process with a steady and efficient hand. He has responded to all types of queries quickly - nothing has been too much trouble.Olivia Thomas in the lettings team has also been fantastic - very informative and proactive in helping us find somewhere that suits us as a family.Credit should go to the staff who give viewings as well. Uniformly polite and friendly.The Sevenoaks office is hard-working and positive. We would engage them again without hesitation.
