This store does not even deserve 1 star! Diabolical service and staff that do not care. After the fitters made a complete hash up of fitting my vinyl flooring I've had to wait weeks and weeks for it to be sorted out and it's still not done! I'm out of pocket having to take time off work while mistake after mistake has been made. What is worse is that I'M the one that has to keep chasing them for an update while I'm left with no flooring due to THEIR incompetence. I will never use them again as they care nothing for the customer, only taking your money from you. Steer clear from these cowboys!!
Great choice and superb staff.
In-store experience was fine. However, it is easier to contact the dead than to make contact by phone - very frustrating. Carpet was in stock quickly but then a 3 week wait to get an available fitter. Fitters were good although left a rogue piece of underlay trapped under the carpet so had to come back. Generally a reasonable price and decent fitting but just hard work to communicate with them.
