This morning we were walking past this shop and saw some things in the window which drew our eye. We couldn't stop at the time so I made note of the prices and carried on. We decided to go back there this afternoon with the intention of making a purchase. We noticed that the item was no longer in the window so we approached a woman standing behind the counter (whom I can only assume is the owner) to enquire about it. The response we were met with was very rude and condescending. It was as if we were a nuisance and an annoyance and customers that were not worth her time. I was completely baffled by the whole interaction and will not be returning to this shop as there are plenty of other friendly and accommodating establishments in the area to give my money to.
Disappointed by poor customer service... told one thing one day and then something completely different the next! So not buying from there now.... shame really....
Huge selection of Scandinavian style items, and always a great last minute place to go if you've forgotten a present for the other half!
