Great selection, amazing service!Ive been a skier for about 45 years, but today I still learned a lot about ski boots from the experts at this amazing independent shop.They measure you up with precision, then find you the best boots for you but this is not where it ends. With the smart use of insoles, padding and finally baking and moulding the boots for you its like getting something custom fitted just for you. Impossible to get this if you stupidly order on the internet.We had only come for ski boots for my son, but ended up shopping for my wife and me as well. Mind you, my old ski boots were at least 25 years old.Highly recommended!
BIG thanks to Pasq for custom moulded boot fitting. I have quite narrow foot hence always I had problem with getting right boots where ankle is locked. The new boots were tight but after day one of skiing they the most amazing, only for you fit made boots. I could clip the buckles like 30% of max and foot was comfy and you could feel control of skis. Highly recommended+++

Excellent customer service, didnt rush you to make the purchase, took the time to ensure the boots were right.Both my girlfriend and I bought boots in the past six months and are incredibly happy with them. They may cost more than some high street shops but it was worth every penny! Would highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. The true measure of a company and its customer service is not how great it is when they are selling you an item but how they respond when there is a problem to solve, as was the case with my husband's ski boots. The member of staff went out of her way to help and persevered unit the problem was solved, even though the boots were bought 2 years ago. We had a successful outcome. Truly exceptional service and I would not hesitate to recommend.
